Vent and Roofing System

Before too much more time passes, we wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and let you know it was a pleasure doing business with you and your company. On behalf of the Glenwood board of directors and members of the association, we wish to express our gratitude for your professionalism, hard work and expertise in completing the roof and venting system at our 104-unit, eight-building, condominium complex.
You and your company stepped into a difficult situation of replacing another contractor on a partially finished job. Your recommended improvements to the venting system proved to be more efficient and less labor intensive. We appreciate the professional manner in which you worked with the project supervisor and other contractors simultaneously.
This past winter was Glenwood's first winter season without ice damming, roof leaks and damage to the interior units in many years. Your work crew was pleasant, polite and took care to clean-up and protect the property during bad weather.
Again, thank you for working with us and helping us to complete Phase I of our capital plan in a timely manner.

Roof Replacement

Dear Sir or Madam
Late November 2001, I became aware that the roof on our rental property needed replacing. The current roof would not likely make it through the winter.
After contacting and awarding the job to your company, I was very pleased the roof was completed three weeks later. When an issue came up during construction about the plywood sheathing under the roof shingles I was quickly informed and properly advised how to handle the situation.
Surprising to me, when I went to inspect the job after completion I could not find a single nail, part of a shingle or a scrap of paper on the ground around the property.
I have worked with many contractors in the past and unfortunately; it is rare when a company meets all their commitments the way your company has. I was very pleased with the responsiveness, pricing, and quality of work from your company.

Roof Replacement

After searching a few months for a reasonable company to replace the roof on my home, I found you through Service Magic about 10 minutes after I told Service Magic that I needed help. Service magic sent you to my rescue.
Your salesperson arrived at the time we agreed upon. He displayed to me the roofing materials I could choose from, showed me his credentials, described Exteriors Unlimited, and provided me with an unchangeable price, which, I might add, was very affordable.
He also told me the work would begin on December 5th. At 8:00 AM on December 5th, all of the materials for this job were delivered and placed neatly in my backyard. Approximately 30 minutes later, the work crew arrived. After introducing themselves and their roles, they went right to work. The next afternoon, they told me they completed the job and requested I inspect along with them for my own satisfaction.
I am very very satisfied with my new roof and very pleased with all associated work that was done. Most pleasing was the grounds around my property. To look at it no one could tell anyone worked on my roof. My property was meticulously cleared of any and all debris resulting from this job. The salesperson did inform me this would be done but I had no idea how thorough they would be.
The level of professionalism of your company service is something I thought was a thing of the past. Thank you for maintaining professionalism an a wonderful job, very well done.
